" Before settling over my city, the Foehn swept down from the mountains of Germany, laden with warmth and the scent of the forests. From those lands, it brought back an ancient ritual, which I now entrust to my thermotherapy Masters. On the scorching stones, the scented water awakens as steam. With a sweeping gesture, the Master makes it dance toward you. The heat envelops you, the aromas wash over you, and your body lets go, carried by the wind. "
The sauna
Water infused with essential oils trickles over the hot stones, and the sauna fills with humid, fragrant heat. It rises, hovers for a moment, then the master’s towel brings it back toward you in successive waves. Three cycles follow one another over the course of 15 minutes, each slightly more intense than the last, taking you deeper and deeper into relaxation. At the end, the master offers you ice and frozen fruit: a welcome burst of coolness in the midst of the heat.

The cold bath
Then comes the contrast. As you leave the sauna, slip into the cold bath and let the shock wash over you. Your body temperature drops, your senses are suddenly awakened, and endorphins take over from the heat.
The relaxation
The final phase is one of silence. Lie down, breathe, and let your body slowly regain its warmth. Your circulation slows, your muscles relax, and stress melts away. All that remains is a deep sense of well-being, like a wave that lingers long after the ritual is over.
